CareWorx Readies for Next Stage of Growth – Announces Dan Hilton as New CFO

June 6th, 2017 – Ottawa, Ontario – CareWorx is pleased to announce it has appointed Dan Hilton (CPA, CA, MBA) as Chief Financial Officer of CareWorx Corporation and member of the CareWorx Executive Team.  Dan will report to CEO Mark Scott.  Already a valued member of the CareWorx Board of Directors, Dan brings a wealth of existing experience to this newly created role within CareWorx, as the company prepares for its next stage of growth.

Dan has extensive experience as an executive and financial professional, including taking several technology companies public and is very familiar with organizational growth through mergers and acquisitions. He joins CareWorx from the TSX-listed public company Datawind and previous to that served as CEO of The Conservative Party of Canada during Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s years in office.
