What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the details you enter there are governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

This website does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies to profile visitors.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about the services you asked about. If you become a client, to deliver and support those services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which processes the data on our behalf. Scheduling data sits with Calendly.

We may also share information where we are legally required to, or with service providers who help us operate the business and are bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and for as long as required afterwards for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on the request.

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us directly. We will still send messages necessary to service an active engagement.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
